Beth Tutty, a native of New Jersey, comes to TGA from the financial services industry. TGA of Morris and Essex, is a female-majority owned company serving the golfing and tennis needs of all youths in Morris & Essex County, New Jersey. Tutty is very passionate about the game of golf and tennis and is excited to bring TGA to the local youths in the area.
"Since I share a deep passion and love for the game of golf and tennis and working with kids, I felt TGA-Premier Youth Golf and tennis would be a hole-in-one opportunity to provide kids a means to learn the game and grow," said Tutty. "To be able to introduce them to games of a lifetime at an early age is very rewarding and will allow them grow both in and out of school. I am looking forward to making TGA of Morris & Essex County the premier youth golf and tennis programs in the region."
At TGA Premier Youth Golf and Tennis, we believe everyone should be connected to golf and tennis in some way, shape, or form. We are a community based enrichment program that uses the fundamentals of golf and tennis to build life skills and to remove barriers that would otherwise prohibit children from participating in sports that can bring a lifetime of joy and opportunities.
One of our Goals is to introduce the fundamentals of golf & tennis and its principals not only the financially capable but also to the underprivileged and economically disadvantaged children in the Essex and Morris counties of NJ; who would normally never get a chance to experience a game for life. Programs offered directly at the schools or at other local facilitates and organizations. Exposure to golf and tennis provides participants additional individual skill building for better self-esteem, etiquettes, discipline, honor, integrity, broader school and career opportunities, in a safe, simple and fun environment.

Gale Rosenberg, a Bergen County resident, has been playing tennis since the age of 4 years old. She first started out playing Friday night clinics and then slowly advanced to USTA tournaments. By middle school, she was a ranked junior tennis player. In high school, Gale was not only the top player in Bergen County, but the top player for Indian Hills High School. She was recruited to play for Florida State University, but declined the opportunity to pursue her work in adolescent psychology. She now directs the TGA Premier Youth Tennis Program, along with teaching a few classes each week. Tennis has always been her passion which is why she loves working for TGA!

Dean Cramp, a native Morris County resident, has been with TGA since August 2012. He graduated from Parsippany Hills High School in 1995 and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from York College of Pennsylvania in 1999. He then moved to Portland Oregon, where he taught music at a charter school (Grades K-5). He also worked as a Program Director for the Portland YMCA for 3 years.
" I have always loved working with kids, and really enjoy the reward of teaching a child the game of golf and tennis. Bringing a student from point A to point B, and seeing their love of the game progress, is especially rewarding."
Dean has played the game of golf since the age of 5 when his father put a club in his hands. He played in high school and in college and still maintains a love for the game.
"Even though I maintain a love for the game of golf, I am also passionate about the game of tennis. I took my first tennis lessons at Mountian Lakes Racquet Club at the age of 10, and have enjoyed playing the game ever since. "
Most of all Dean just enjoys working with and introducing the youth of today into both the games of golf and tennis.

Every day after school, I would go out to the 13th tee and play in to the clubhouse, sign in, and then play back home. That's when I fell in love with golf, and have been playing ever since.
I have been teaching children for a while now, having a 15 yo son, I have been coaching him and his teammates in baseball, basketball, and soccer for the last 10+ years. Now, as I work with TGA, which is an exceptional program for young children, I get to put my two favorite passions together, Golf and teaching kids.
I hope to see yours in one of my classes soon...

Mike Caprarola has been a member of TGA since last November, starting as a class instructor and over the last year or so has worked his way up to become Director of Golf. My love of the game started when I was younger and was forced to tag along with my parents to their golf lessons. After a few weeks of protest I finally gave in and tried hitting some balls at the range, I was hooked! During college I got my first job in the golf industry working in the pro shop of Anchor Golfland. I worked there for about 7 years and worked my way up to pro shop manager and Jr golf instructor where I spent 5 years teaching Jr golf camps and clinics along side our head pro.
I continue to work there now that it is Riehl Golf Academy and I have been teaching golf there since 2011. On top of teaching I also do all the club repair work, regripping and club fittings for RGA and TGA. Any way I can help grow the game of golf and help others enjoy the game I enjoy so much is something I love to do.
