TGA of The North Bay

About

What began as a single program offered in the hallways of one school in Los Angeles, CA is now a nationwide network of passionate franchise owners. Trusted by families and schools for over 20 years, we are proud to use our platform to ignite a passion for play, develop a love of the game, and empower kids to Keep Swinging!® all while having fun!

In 2021, TGA joined the Youth Athletes United family of brands to advance the mission of positively impacting 1 million kids each year through sports.

We're committed to developing the whole person & player

We believe sports change lives and seek to make our students better players and better people. We strive to teach in ways that promote individual growth and development on and off the field, course, or court.

Our Team

Roberta Marcos

Owner / Chapter Director

Roberta Marcos is the proud new owner of TGA of the North Bay, bringing a fresh perspective, operational excellence, and deep community focus to the chapter. As a mom of two young kids, Roberta understands firsthand the importance of safe, structured, and enriching extracurricular programs — especially in the formative elementary years.

TGA of the North Bay officially begins its next chapter under Roberta’s leadership in June 2025, with a renewed commitment to quality instruction, fun, and growth through the game of golf. She is focused on elevating the experience with well-trained coaches, clear structure, and engaging curriculum, ensuring every child leaves camp more confident — and with a true love for the game.

Before joining TGA, Roberta built her career in finance, earned her CPA, and held strategic roles at high-growth startups. Her passion for entrepreneurship, education, and youth development led her to TGA, where she saw a unique opportunity to expand access to lifelong sports across Marin and Sonoma Counties.

Looking ahead, Roberta plans to expand programming to include TGA Tennis and TGA Pickleball beginning in 2026, bringing even more families and communities into the TGA experience.
