Coaches complete hands-on training and mentorship, including:

• Shadowing experienced instructors
• Ongoing evaluations throughout the season
• Continuous professional development

All TGA coaches go through a multi-step hiring process, including:

• Experience in coaching or youth development
• Background checks (state and federal)
• Demonstrated passion for working with kids
