WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

We understand that families are busy and schedules change. We offer full refunds for all TGA events if we receive reasonable notice (7-10 days). For last-minute cancellations, we will try to move registration to a future session.

WHAT IS THE MAKE-UP CLASS POLICY?

If a class is cancelled, we will schedule a makeup class for the entire group.

WHAT DOES MY CHILD RECIEVE WITH REGISTRATION?

Most programs include:

  • TGA hat
  • Student handbook
  • Branded merchandise

WHAT IF MY CHILD IS BETWEEN AGE GROUPS?

If your child falls between age brackets:

  • Beginners should usually start in the younger group
  • Coaches can assess and recommend the best fit

HOW DO I USE MY ACCOUNT CREDITS?

Credits can be applied directly during registration through your online account.

WHAT IS THE MAKE-UP CLASS POLICY?

Most locations offer make-up classes for missed sessions. Policies vary, but:

  • Make-ups must be scheduled within the same season

Unused classes typically do not roll over or convert to credit.

HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions.

HOW DO I REGISTER OR LOG INTO MY TGA ACCOUNT?

To register:

  1. Go to the location website
  2. Click the “Login” button
  3. Access or create your account
