Mask up! In-person classes are back, and we’re looking forward to busy spring

It’s hard to believe that we haven’t run an indoor class for nearly a year. Here’s a picture from one of our last classes on March 10, 2020. Assistant coach Sarah Himmelsbaugh helps a student with his putting at Hevel Elementary in Washington Township.

We are back in the gym on a limited basis, with three in-person classes starting in February. Of course students and coaches will wear masks at all times and we will maintain social distancing. Click on the links to register through our partner organizations:

Macomb Township Parks and Recreation — Saturday mornings, 10-11 a.m., Feb. 6 through March 13 at Macomb Township Recreation Center (only four spots remaining).

Northville Parks and Recreation — Monday afternoons, 4:15-5 p.m., Feb. 22 through March 29, at Northville Community Center.

Shelby Township Parks and Recreation — Monday afternoons, 5-6 p.m., Feb. 22 through March 29, at Shelby Township Activities Center.

We plan an extensive schedule of spring programming beginning in mid-April, with some classes in school gyms and others on school fields, parks and golf courses.

Registration is already open for 13 after-school classes, four leagues and two parent-child events, and we will add many more after-school classes by the time you receive the March 1 newsletter.
