We can’t be in school gyms, but weather has been mostly stunning for fall golf. We have 128 players competing in four weekend leagues, plus 456 players in 27 enrichment classes at golf courses, parks and school fields. Our fall parent-child events were a huge success, with 72 golfers at Sycamore Hills Sept. 12 and 58 golfers at Links of Novi Sept. 20.
Leagues and enrichment classes continue through October, but then TGA will be on pause for November and December. We hope it will be safe to resume indoor classes at schools and community centers in mid-January. If not, we will schedule some virtual winter classes to keep kids engaged until spring.
