Discover the Spirit of the Game and how fun and exciting playing Ultimate can be with TGA! In this fast-paced team game that is similar to football, players score points by catching a plastic disc (commonly known as a Frisbee®) in the opponent’s end-zone.
Our programs maximize the fun by including an exciting mix of instruction, drills, and games to develop the fundamental ultimate skills of throwing, catching, and marking. Safety is the number one priority so TGA’s coaches are extensively screened and trained to lead age-appropriate activities and enforce a no-contact rule.

- Dynamic warmup activities to get players’ bodies ready for action.
- A discussion about life lessons including sportsmanship, perseverance, and leadership.
- Review of previous lessons and introduction new skills and techniques.
We then transition into the GROW section which includes:
- Rotating through skill development stations to practice throwing, catching, and marking skills.
- Lessons about the rules and history of the sport.
- Students participate in fun activities to explore STEAM concepts like gravity, spin, and aerodynamics through ultimate.
The ACHIEVE section focuses on putting it all together and applying the lessons through:
- Fun group games and skills challenges.
- Scrimmages between two teams of players.
Ultimate Enrichment Programs
We bring our acclaimed ultimate enrichment program to the places your children already spend time: schools, community centers, parks & recreation facilities, childcare centers, and more. Classes are before or after the school day and our station-based format keeps students engaged and active as they learn. TGA provides all equipment and maintains a 12:1 student-to-coach ratio to ensure a safe and educational environment.
