Did you know according to the U.S. News & World Report about 80% of New Year Resolutions fail by February?! One of the biggest problems we have is that we set unrealistic goals for ourselves and then get overwhelmed trying to reach them.

Children have a unique opportunity to build healthy resolution setting habits, starting from a young age. This year, come up with New Year Resolutions as a family and keep each other motivated throughout 2022!
